Sometimes, the best thing you can do is not to think, not to wonder, not imagine, not obsess.
Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.
I love the simplicity of this early morning shoot I did with Bud: One location, One Spot, Different Poses. It was serene actually just watching her do her stuff in front of me. I told her not to mind me sitting/standing/squatting/snapping away and just continue going through her usual yoga routine.
Bud is an advocate for healthy living. She breathes, speaks and lives healthy discipline. Makes me think what I’ve been doing to my body all these years hahaha.
