Dee has been an important part of my wedding preparations. I first got in contact with her through a mutual contact who recommended Dee to do the calligraphy for my invitations. They were elegant and exactly what we wanted. After two different projects with Dee we had our menus designed and printed with her. I had a lot of requirements and details and Dee once again was very professional. Even though she was on holiday she took the time to draft different designs for me. I couldnāt recommend her more whether for calligraphy or for bespoke stationary. We had such a non stressful process and in big part thanks to Dee's work ethic and talent! We are so happy with the end result!
I have absolutely loved Dee's workshops this summer - a real highlight of the year! Myself and my friends attended 5 sessions (so far) learning about calligraphy and use of watercolours. Dee is such an inspiring artist and also a kind and encouraging teacher. I have been really amazed by what we can achieve in a session with her expert guidance. I can strongly recommend Souldeelight and I will definitely be booking more sessions in the near future.
Dee is very positive and always willing to offer constructive feedback on how we can improve our letters. She does not put you down and make you feel good after a class!
I still have loads to work on after my five classes but I am so grateful that I chose to take Deeās classes as I truly feel I have discovered and picked up a new skill for life! One that makes me feel good! And I know if I have any questions or need any help or feedback, Dee is just a phone call away.

I would highly recommend doing this. Dee is supportive and patient. She helped us find sessions which fit in with our schedules. I went to 5 of Dee's classes, and it was so so fun. Being able to learn many things like floral watercolour and brush calligraphy really made me more confident of myself. I used to do calligraphy and always doubted myself, but with Dee's help, I saw my work through new eyes and now I'm loving them more. Loved the experience, love Dee, and I can't wait to try them all out!! Definitely a good place to go to and learn more !!
Dee is amazing! She is so talented and passionate about her art. But more so her endearing personality of patience and sweetness that makes learning from her a wonderfully pleasant experience. Her workshops are highly recommended!
Dee is a very personable and fun instructor. Her classes are easy to follow as she breaks down the different techniques into smaller bite-size parts. As I did both calligraphy and watercolour with her, Dee also interweaved the techniques so that I did not have to learn the process twice. She is always very encouraging and celebrates with me my little achievements throughout the course š
Loved deeās Floral water colour class. A patient and cheerful teacher! It was such a relaxing class and I learned useful techniques, Dee was very generous with her tips and tricks! Her home studio was wonderfully cozy.Iāll be sure to return for her calligraphy classes!
It was nice. It was my first time attending a calligraphy class and I was not disappointed. I can understand the lessons quite clearly and from what trouble I have, Miss Dee was willing to teach it again step-by-step. The pace was just right for me also as we didn't get stuck on one topic too long but still have time to practice it and finish the whole session. Which works for me as I can get a little bit distracted and with the limited time, I wanted to learn as many things possible. Would love to learn some more if opportunity strikes.
Attended the floral watercolor workshop by Dee, which she was generous with her encouragement, materials and time. It was a great lesson in a comfortable setting!
I have been to other calligraphy classes before, but only felt frustrated after. I gave it another go by signing up with Dee's class. And the experience is totally different. Thank you Dee for you patience and your way of teaching. Even after the class Dee is still very accommodating when I messaged her with my questions. I ended up signing for to all of her classes!
Dee is an excellent teacher. Her passion is clearly shown when she conducts her workshops.

When Ria dear (who also only has good words for Dee) told me she will arrange for Dee to do the engagement shoot as a wedding gift for me and Marlon, I couldn’t contain my excitement. I knew we’re up for something really beautiful! I discussed with Dee the concept, the feel and the mood that I wanted to go for, and voila! She gave us that.
When the day of the shoot came, it was all light and fun.. Exactly what i hoped for.And the resulting photos.. Amazing! I just love them all.

Before I got married, I always had this idea of having a boudoir photoshoot done —out of curiousity and to surprise my fiancĆ©ā¦and maybe so that I also have something to keep with me when I get old.
It was just always an idea, but I never had the guts to really have it done for one main reason- fear.
Fear that I would be totally uncomfortable during the shoot; fear that the photos might turn up too sleazy and not the effect I wanted; fear that I might get conscious all along knowing that I will be spending hours in my lingerie with a photographer I didnāt even know.
It was a stroke of luck when I found Dee. It was all in good timing and out of faith, that I finally agreed and let myself into that shoot. To be honest, I was still hesitant until a few hours before our shoot. I wanted to just cancel the whole thing as I was, at that time, still scared. Good thing I didnāt, because the moment I saw Dee, I immediately felt relaxed. She has this bubbly attitude that would make a first-time-amateur-poser-client just so comfortable.
Deeās style in pictures is all about being natural and being true to oneself. She would guide you and help you with what to do, but would not totally overpower and make you pose like a stiff mannequin.
Dee also has this incredible way of playing with natural lighting and her creativity is just overflowing. She can see the little details and she can make a messy living room and an empty bedroom into a great studio.
Our boudoir turned out into such an amazing bonding session. We were laughing and it really felt like I have a friend taking pictures of me. There are a lot of photographers out there, but a boudoir photographer is something else. For me, Dee is the perfect boudoir photographer because during the whole shoot, she would let you just beā¦YOU.
In the end, we had a memorable session; I have a set of amazing pictures that I will always be proud of; and I gained not only a photographer who I can always trust, but also a friend.
There are too many great photographers out there,
but thereās nothing like an artist
who can deliver shots without fail
while you keep your budget intact.
Dee goes beyond meeting the expectations of her clients,
even to the minutest detail or the silliest request.

We were so excited for this shoot as we already know how good the quality of photos that Dee can create. Just like when we had our first engagement shoot with her…
We chose the same venue where we had our prewedding shots.
A memorable place where we left our hearts during those days.
Everything was flashing back when we got there. Our sweet memories was crystal clear and vivid!
And this time, we’re gonna be having a family portrait. It’s important for us to document milestones in our growing family. A new budding family portrait, with the little guy with us.
Eventhough we knew her being a genius with a brilliant talent, still we get surprised.I know it could be a little more tricky to have a photoshoot with little ones, but it went so well. Under the big tree, with the beautiful scenery, and with just natural light… it made us so comfortable and we had so much fun throughout the shoot.
She knows exactly what we want. I love her style,
the color,the lighting. Light and mellow. It’s as if you
could feel the textures from her photographs.
Another thing that amazed us was that Dee already
had a thought of where to put this little one. So he
would be able to do his moves and create his own poses..
and it went really natural and she was able to get some
funny candid photos.
Everything that day was so smooth,warm and relaxed. Most exciting part is when you received the photos of course! And, yes, it’s another set of amazing photos that brings joy to us. Wonderful photos for a lifetime.

Here’s a little review of our experience with Souldeelight:
Searching for photographers for my little man’s first birthday photoshoot,
I chanced upon Dee’s work in babyandbreakfast.ph. What a blessing it was!
We were apprehensive clients with zero knowledge on posing in portraits or what not.
But Dee simply has a gift of making you let go of your inhibitions, just be who you are,
and celebrate it before the magic of her lens.
Our little man had a grand time.
The photos turned out to be all natural
and truly delightful.
Needless to say, we are happy clients.
